Our 6-D Process

Discover

We’ll create personas based on advantages, process, people involved, challenges and gains to find solutions.

02.

Define

We’ll identify hypotheses with user evidence, generate ideas in a user-focused workshop, ensure our efforts are worth it with a rough business case, and design a market solution based on the brand strategy.

03.

Design

We will brainstorm and sketch ideas, then test them with stakeholders to create user-friendly designs. We’ll refine the top options with detailed visuals and optional clickable prototypes for ultimate user feedback.

04.

Decide

We provide our first 3Ds, Discovery, Define and Design, for a fixed fee but then take the time to work with you and understand the evidence for the case to continue with Development and Delivering a pilot.

05.

Develop

We use agile to prioritize an MVP and roadmap from user stories. A user champion attends daily stand-ups to support sprints and shape the MVP progress is shared after each sprint.

06.

Deliver

We will create the user acceptance test plan and work with users to ensure everything is correct ahead of the pilot. We will plan, oversee and review a pilot in a live environment (or as close to) to ensure confidence in a roll-out to live.
